Our guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product price. You do not need to ship the bottle back.

How to request a refund. Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm and process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Subscriptions. You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account before the next order is processed. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies to that order.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, no return needed.
